不同转子结构无轴承电动机的磁悬浮力分析与计算 被引量:17

摘要 对具有不同转子结构 (感应式、永磁式和磁阻式 )无轴承电动机的磁悬浮力进行了分析。基于磁场能量虚位移原理 ,提出了一种通用的无轴承电动机磁悬浮力计算方法 ,并对其计算精度用ANSYS软件计算结果进行了验证。利用所提出的方法 。 Based on virtual displacement principle of magnetic energy,a universal expression of magnetic levitation forces for bearingless motors with different rotor structures (cage rotor,permanent magnet rotor and reluctance rotor) is presented in this paper.The magnetic field analysis by means of ANSYS has shown that the proposed method has a good engineering accuracy.The proposed calculation method of magnetic levitation forces can be used or analysis and design of bearingless motors with different rotor structures.
