摘要
标准化通信解决方案是不同厂家的变电站自动化系统设备实现互操作性,达到信息共享,实现开放系统的重要保证。介绍了IEC已制定关于变电站自动化系统的通信网络和系统的国际标准IEC61850的主要内容,详细分析了IEC61850标准信息分层、面向对象的数据对象统一建模、数据自描述和抽象通信服务映射等主要特点。目前,IEC61850正式版本还没有公布,但研究其技术内容和分析其主要特点,对于了解变电站自动化技术发展的国际趋势和研究开发新系统颇具指导意义。
A standard communication solution is the base for realizing inter-operating and informa-tion sharing of devices from different substation automation system manufacturers,and for realizing open system.The main contents of IEC61850-communication networks and system in substation are introduced,the main characteristics including information leveling,object-oriented modeling,dada-object self-description and abstract communication service interface are analyzed in details.Although IEC61850has not been subscribed officially until now,it is meaningful to research its contents and characters for tracking the development trend of substation automation system and designing new systems .
