摘要
本文从实用出发,对超纯非晶态 Se-As 系光电导材料(α-As_xSe_(100-x))的特性进行了研究,发现超纯α-As_xSe_(100-x)的热特性和室温体暗电阻率、光能隙、光谱灵敏度等光电特性,具有相似的变化规律。即在x=0~50at%范围内,随着 As 含量的增加,均呈四个相似的变化阶段。本文认为,上述变化规律是超纯α-As_xSe_(100-x)的结构和结构分布状态变化的反映,提出了α-Se 的 Se_8环-聚合链结构和α-As_2Se_3的折迭12元环结构二者共存的概念,对上述变化规律进行了探讨。
This paper studied the properties of superhigh-purity amorphous photoconductivematerials of Se-As system (a-As_xSe_(100-x)).It has been discovered that the thermal and the photoelec-trical properties of superhigh-purity a-As_xSe_(100-x) such as the volume dark resistivity at room tempera-ture,the optical energy gap and the spectrum sensitivity,etc.,have similar changing tendency.Itmeans that in the range of x=0~50at%,as the As content increase,they all have four similarchanging stages.Authors believe that above-mentioned changing rules are the reflection of the construction andthe change of construction distribution of superhigh-purity a-As_xSe_(100-x).A concept was advanced thatSe8 rings and polymeric chains construction of a-Se and folded 12-membered rings construction ofa-As_2Se_3 coexist.
