摘要
民族期刊编辑工作具有十分重要的作用。本文分析了民族期刊编辑人员在新时期应具备的素质 ,认为要使民族期刊编辑工作适应 2 1世纪的发展 。
The editorial work of ethnic Periodical is very important In this article,the author analyses the qualities had by editors of ethnic periodical in the new age and thinks a editorial team of good quality must be established if the editorial work of ethnic periodical adapt to the development of 21 century.
