摘要
在当今世界的并购浪潮中 ,我国企业并购活动也获得了迅猛发展 ,但在实践中存在许多问题和不规范行为 ,影响了并购活动的经济效果。这里通过分析我国企业并购的现状以及并购活动效率低下的原因 ,提出了一些在企业并购中应采取的战略 ,以求有利于我国企业并购的发展。
During the global wave of merger & acquisition, the action of M&A has been developed rapidly in China. In practice, there are a lot of problems and some irregular actions, which affect the economical effect of M&A. Through analyzing the present situation and reasons of low efficiency of M&A, new strategies are put forward to speed the development of M&A of Chinese enterprises.
