摘要
对带摩擦阻尼器的叶片进行响应预测时 ,摩擦阻尼器多采用滞后弹簧模型 ,摩擦阻尼器切向刚度 (弹簧刚度 )值的准确与否成为理论计算成败的关键因素之一 ,本文提出了一种确定摩擦阻尼器切向刚度的新方法 ,并用这一方法对叶片缘板摩擦阻尼器的切向刚度进行了研究 ,研究了摩擦面法向正压力及激振力对摩擦阻尼器切向刚度的影响规律 ,发现了摩擦阻尼器切向刚度与摩擦面的法向正压力和激振力之间的确定的函数关系。
Friction damper is an effective way to reduce the response of structure and it has been widely used to alleviate the resonant stress of blades.The friction damper is often modeled as a hysteretic spring.The stiffness of spring is just the damper's tangential stiffness.So it is very important to know the stiffness value of a real damper.In this paper,a new method to evaluate the stiffness of damper is proposed,by which the tangential stiffness of damper can be identified.The constitution of stiffness is studied systematically based on the experimental data.It is found that the value of tangential stiffness depends on both normal load and excitation.There is a fixed relationship among these three factors.
