摘要
柔性支撑下裂纹转子的振动是一种复杂的运动。本文经过研究发现 :在重力占主导的前提下 ,柔性支撑的单盘裂纹转子其转盘与轴颈的稳态振动均呈拟周期振动特性。当转轴的静挠度远大于其振动时 ,裂纹引起的刚度变化可用铰链模型来描述 ,而且 ,转子系统模型可被线性化 ,裂纹可以被转化为系统的外扰动 ,采用谐波平衡法可以求出系统振动的各谐波分量 。
The cracked rotor on flexible bearings is studied in this paper, and the properties of the bearings are known. The vibration of the system becomes more complex due to the bearings flexibility. According to the study of Garsh, the system can be linearized and the crack can be considered as an external disturbance which can be described by a series of trigonometric function. Consequently, the quasi periodic vibration of the rotor and bearings are obtained by using the harmonic balance method.The results show that the increase of the magnitude of high order harmonic is a sign of the propagation of the crack.
