摘要
依据麦克斯威尔方程 ,采用解析法得到了汽轮发电机端区绕组的磁场分布情况 ,并推得了定子端部绕组所受相应电磁力的计算式。在此基础上 ,对于端部两压板间的绕组线棒 ,给出了电磁力激发下的非线性磁固耦合振动方程组。通过模态展开并运用多尺度法 ,分别对非共振和组合共振情况下运动微分方程的解进行了分析。最后 ,运用数值计算方法给出了振动幅值的变化规律 ,并对线棒间的绑扎带及压板松动对振动的影响进行了分析。
Magnetic distribution of the turbogenerator end windings is given in analytical formulas according to Maxwell equations. The formulas of electromagnetic forces of the end windings of stator are derived. Further, nonlinear magnetism and solid coupling vibration equations of the wire bars of end windings between each couple of pressing planks are deduced as the end windings is excited by electric and electromagnetic forces. Modal expansion and multi metric method are used to solve these equations in the cases of non resonance and coupled resonance. Finally, a numerical example is analyzed to obtain the amplitude of vibration, as well as the effects of colligation bands among wire bars and the looseness of pressing planks to this kind of vibration. These results could be a guideline for engineering practice.
