摘要
介绍了液体粘性软启动传动装置的基本结构 ,建立了液体粘性制动器的粘性制动数学模型 .研究结果表明 ,在制动过程中 ,摩擦片间隙、粘性转矩以及摩擦片转速之间存在耦合关系 .粘性转矩的变化取决于摩擦片转速和摩擦片间隙趋近 0的速度 .当采用不同的摩擦片间隙变化规律时 ,随着该间隙的减小 。
Structure of the newly developed hydro viscous soft start transmission is introduced and the hydroviscous braking model is presented. The study on the hydro viscous brake shows that a coupling relationship exists among the parameters of oil film thickness, hydro viscous torque and friction disc speed. The variation of hydro viscous torque is determined by the trend speeds to zero of friction disc speed and oil film thickness. When different patterns of oil film thickness are applied, hydro viscous torque and friction disc speed will have obviously distinct characteristics.
