摘要
以对硝基苯甲酸、对甲苯磺酰胺和五氯化磷为原料合成中间体对硝基苯甲腈,然后再与叠氮钠、氯化铵反应制得5′-(对硝基苯基)-四唑。收率96.1%。易提纯。用于 DNA 片段合成,效果很好。
p-Nitrobenzoic acid reacted with p-toluene-sulfonamide and phosphorus pentachloride toproduce intermediate p-nitrobeuzoitrile.Theintermediate reacted further with sodiumazide and ammonium chloride to give 5′-(p-nitrophenyl)tetr azole with a yield of 96.1%.The product can be purified easily and givea very good result when used in DNA frag-ments syntheses.
