缺氧伴高二氧化碳对小鼠学习能力的影响

摘要 本实验通过测定缺氧和高二氧化碳单独及混合作用后小鼠学习能力的改变,并观察了轻中度缺氧时通过高二氧化碳进一步增加脑血流后小鼠大脑功能的变化情况。结果表明:单独缺氧时,当氧浓度下降到1.83×10~5mg/m^3以下急性暴露后小鼠学习能力下降;而浓度为0.68~1.35×10~5mg/m^3的单纯高二氧化碳急性暴露2小时后小鼠学习能力无明显变改;轻中度缺氧(2.31~1.68×10~5mg/m^3)伴高二氧化碳(0.92±0.03×10~5mg/m^3)后小鼠学习能力与单纯轻中度缺氧相比亦无显著差异。说明轻中度缺氧伴高二氧化碳,并不明显改变单纯轻中度缺氧对小鼠学习能力的影响。由此推测,高二氧化碳所引起的脑血流增加至少不会改善单纯轻中度缺氧对小鼠脑功能的影响。 The learning ability one of the cerebral functions of mice, was observed after addition of CO_2 to mild or moderate hypoxia which undoubtly increased the brain blood flow and O_2 supply. 104 mice were divided into four groups: the control, hypoxia alone, hypercapnia alone and hypoxia with hypercapnia. Mice were trained to avoid an electric shock after exposure to hypoxia and/or hypercapnia for 2 h. The rcsults showed that: ①after exposed to O_2 below 1.83×10~5 mg/m^3 for 2 h, the learning of mice was impaired; ② no significant difference was found between the control and the groups which exposed to 0.68~1.35×10~5 mg/m^3 CO_2; and ③ the addition of 0.92± 0.03×10~5 mg/m^3 CO_2 to mild or moderate hypoxia (2.34~1.68×1(~5mg/m^3O_2)could not cause obvious changes at learning ability of mice in comparison to that of hypoxia alone (P>0.05). It seemed probable that the addition of hypercapnia to mild or moderate hypoxia could not change the effect of mild or moderate hypoxia on the cerebral functions of the mice.
