摘要
目的 探讨胃癌及癌前病变组织中的高危人乳头瘤病毒 (Humanpapillomavirus,HPV)感染和端粒酶活性 (Telom eraseactivity,TA)的表达情况以及在肿瘤发生、发展过程中所起的作用。方法 应用分子原位杂交技术检测 96例胃腺癌及癌前病变组织的HPV - 16、18亚型和TA的表达、分析相互之间的关系。结果 HPV - 16、18亚型、TA的阳性率分别为 34 .38%(33/ 96 )、8.33% (8/ 96 )、6 6 6 6 % (6 4/ 96 ) ;腺癌组织中的阳性率分别为 38.15 % (2 9/ 76 )、9.2 1% (7/ 76 )、80 .2 6 % (6 1/ 76 )。HPV -16、TA在腺癌与癌前病变组织的阳性表达之间差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。胃腺癌Ⅰ级与Ⅱb之间的TA表达 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。在胃癌组织中 ,HPV - 16感染与TA的阳性表达密切相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 HPV - 16感染和TA的表达与胃癌的发生有密切关系 ;HPV - 16感染与TA密切相关 ;HPV和TA在胃癌的发生。
Objective To investigate the roles and expression of HPV-16/18 infection and telomerase activity in the pathogenesis and development of gastric carcinoma.Methods In situ hybridization was used to detect the expresion of HPV-16/18 and telomerase activity in 96 cases of gastric carcinoma as well as precancerous lesions.Results Positive rates of HPV-16,18 and telomerase activity in 96 cases were 34.38%,8.33% and 66.66%,respectively;expression of HPV-16,and telomerase activity in 76 cases of carcinoma were 38.15%,9.21% and 80.26%,respectively.There was significant difference (P<0.05) in the expression of HPV-16 and telomerase activity between gastric carcinoma and the precancerous lesions.HPV-16 infection was closely related to positive expression of telomerase activity(P<0.01);there was significant difference(P<0.05) between the clinical stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱb in telomerase activity.Conclusions Infection of HPV-16 subtype and expression of telomerase activity are closely correlated with gastric carcinoma.There is also close correlation between the HPV-16 infection and telomerase activity in gastric carcinoma;they play important roles in pathogenesis and development of gastric carcinoma.
