摘要
目的 :探讨糖尿病视网膜病变氩激光治疗临床疗效。方法 :对 87例 12 2眼糖尿病视网膜病变患者用氩激光进行全视网膜光凝 ,治疗后 3个月作第一次FAA检查 ,并检查视力、眼底情况 ,随诊 6个月～ 2年。结果 :术后视力提高 5 0眼 (4 0 98% ) ,不变者 5 5眼 (4 5 0 8% ) ,下降 17眼 (13 94% ) ,黄斑水肿消退及部分消退者 46眼(82 14 % ) ,本组治疗后无发生并发症。结论 :氩激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变是安全、有效的方法。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of argon laser treatment for diabetic retinopathy. Methods:Panretinal coagulation was performed on 87 cases (122 eyes) of diabetic retinopathy with argon laser.The first round of examinations about FFA,visual acuity and fundus conditions were carried out 3 months later.The regular follow up lasted 2 years. Results:Of 122 eyes,50 eyes (40 98%) were improved in visual acuity,55 eyes (45 08%) stayed as before,and 17 eyes (13 94%) decreased.In 46 eyes (82 14%),the macular edema was subsided completely or partly.No complication was found in all patients. Conclusions:Retinal coagulation with argon laser is a safe and effective method to control the diabetic retinopathy.
