回转窑因其广泛的物料适应性和高的有害成分破坏去除率而被用作垃圾焚烧的常规炉型。该文探讨了回转窑系统设计中顺流或逆流布置、加热方式、材质选择以及密封等技术关键。对颗粒在回转窑内运动以及垃圾的分解燃烧过程进行了简化理论分析 ,并据此提出了基于 3T思想的垃圾两级焚烧室设计原则。研究表明 :回转窑初燃室的一次风量决定了焚烧和热解处理的途径差异。图 5表 4参
Rotary kiln incinerator is an alternative and promising disposal of solid wastes due to its high flexibility to wastes with various shapes and sizes, and high destruction and removal efficiency of hazardous organic compounds. The structural characteristics in the design such as kiln seal, parallel or counter-flow patterns, heating mode and steel structure selection are discussed detailedly on basis of the review on the previous cases. The designed criteria with respect to 3 T combustion(Time, Turbulence and Temperature)is proposed, starting from the analyses on mechanism of solids motion in the rotary cylinder and kinetics of solid waste combustion. Special attention was devoted to the dynamics of two-step combustion of solid wastes. It is concluded that the primary air distribution in kiln determined various thermal-chemical treatments of wastes, incineration or pyrolysis. Figs 5, tables 4 and refs 10.
