摘要
U形槽管可错列安放组成迷宫式惯性分离器应用 ,该文采用双方程κε-湍流模型对其流场的流体动力特性进行了数值试验 ,获得了流场内速度、压力、湍动能和湍流强度等详细分布 ,分析了各参数的变化规律 ,并考察了无量纲化后的各个物理量与来流速度改变时的变化情况 ,得到了对进一步研究和工业应用有意义的结论。图 8参
A numerical study based on the κ-ε two-equation turbulent model, was conducted to broaden our knowledge of the flow features in a U-beam tube bundle. U-beam tube bundle could be arranged stagger to play a role of inertial gas-solid separator in Circulating Fluidized-Bed Boiler system. This paper presented the velocity, velocity streamlines, pressure loss, turbulent kinematics energy, turbulent intensity of the fully developed flow field, and analyzed the distributions and variations rule. The paper also transferred the parameters to dimensionless group, discussed the changing law and magnitude of the dimensionless physical quantities when inlet velocity changed. Figs 8 and refs 10.
