摘要
采用复合燃料供给方式,在一台增压柴油机上进行了LPG-柴油双燃料掺烧特性试验研究。在不同转速和负荷下对比分析了LPG-柴油双燃料发动机不同掺烧比时的碳烟、NO_x、CO、HC排放和燃料经济性。试验结果表明:随着掺烧比的增大,碳烟排放显著下降;NO_x排放基本相同;HC排放增加较多;CO排放先增后略减;小负荷下,燃料消耗率略增,大、满负荷下,燃料消耗率先减后略有回升。
With help of dual-fuel supply, A comparative test of a supercharged diesel engine has been carried out. It studies exhaust emissions, such as smoke,CO, HC,NOX and specific fuel consumption with different co-combustion ratios under different loads and speed. The experimental results show that with the rise of co-combustion ratio,smoke is greatly reduced,NOX is hardly changed, HC is greatly increased,and CO is increased at first and slightly reduced at last, specific fuel consumption is slightly increased under light load,and reduced at first and slightly re-raised at last under heavy and full loads.
