摘要
对于小空间、低雷诺数条件下高温气流的温度进行测量 ,四热电偶法被证明是很有效的。这里对四热电偶法的测量误差进行了理论上的分析 ,建立了误差的数学模型。通过理论计算和大量的实验 ,得出了导热误差对该方法的影响完全可以忽略不计、该方法的测量误差主要是由热电偶本身精度引起的结论。在此基础上给出了该方法的修正方法 ,从而使得该方法的测量精度提高了一倍 ,相对误差可控制在 1.5
Four thermal couple method proves to be effective and fruitful when measuring the high temperature of the transparent gas flow in low Re within a small space. This paper gives theoretical analysis of the measurement errors of four thermal couple method and establishes the mathematical model of errors. Based on the theoretical calculation and a lot of experimental data, we have come to the conclusions that conduction error can be neglected and that the measurement errors mainly depend on the accuracy of thermal couple used. In the paper a correction method is given, which enhances the accuracy of measurement, and thus the relative errors can be controlled within 1.5%.
