摘要
高校学报的性质与内涵决定了编辑的工作性质 ,而编辑的工作性质又决定了编辑工作者必须有目的、有选择地为自己建立一个合理的知识结构。高等院校的专业设置特点影响着学报编辑的业务特点。当今高校学报编辑的知识结构尚未完善 ,要建立一个合理的编辑知识结构 ,就必须夯实基础知识 ,并有计划地进行知识更新。建立合理的知识结构是值得思考和应当解决的问题。
The working nature of editors is decided by the connotation and character of the journals of colleges and universities, and this kind of working nature in turn decides that editors must purposely and selectively establish a reasonable knowledge structure. The characteristics of subject arrangement in colleges and universities have an impact on professional characteristics of the journal editors. Nowadays, among the journal editors of colleges and universities, there still exists an imperfection in knowledge structure. This can be set out by paying special attention to basic knowledge. Thus the author thinks that to establish a reasonable knowledge structure is a problem of worth considering and solving.
