摘要
本文采用了现代有限元方法分析了动载条件下高速发动机连杆轴瓦的变形。数值模拟的结果表明 ,连杆轴瓦不管是在装入连杆内孔紧配合的静载荷条件下 ,还是在动载荷条件下气缸压力和惯性力的联合作用时 ,连杆内孔和轴瓦形状都将变成非圆形 ,而且随力的方向和大小的改变不断变化形状。本文阐述的方法和结果揭示了用传统的双质量法无法发现的连杆部件惯性力的影响 ,它不仅对连杆轴瓦润滑分析有帮助 。
The deformation of axle bush in high-speed engine is analysed by finite element mothed. The method and result discribed in the paper uncover the influences that can not be found by using double-mass method. It is helpful to lubrication analysis of axle bush, and important to the design and strength analysis in high-speed engine.
