摘要
我国是一个水资源短缺的国家,要解决缺水问题,必须长期坚持“开源与节流并重,节流优先,治污为本,科学开源,综合利用”的原则。污水资源化是节水治污的重要措施,要因地制宜,采取综合措施,做好这项工作。
China is a country with severe water shortage. We have to adhere to principles of putting same attention to exploitation and conservation, giving priority to conservation, treating sewage treatment as a foundation, exploiting new sources in a scientific manner, utilizing water comprehensively in the long run for dealing with water scarcity. Waste water recycling is an important measure of water conservation and sewage treatment. It should be done well by taKing comprehensive measures.
