摘要
珠江水资源总量丰富,但时空分布不均,水旱灾害严重。随着经济社会的发展,水资源供需、开发利用与保护的矛盾日益突出。为适应经济社会可持续发展,必须认真贯彻实施新水法,加强珠江水资源的流域管理。
There are abundant water resources in the Peal River Basin but it is unevenly distributed in both space and time, causing severe drought and floods. With the development of society, the contradictions between water supply and demand, between development, utilization and protection are becoming striking. In order to match sustainable development of society, it is suggested to strengthen water resources management along the Peal River, in particular adopting river basin management approach.
