ZCGS浸入式水口材料与钢中Al_2O_3反应性能的研究

摘要 通过对 ZCGS(Zr O2 -Ca O-C-Si O2 )材料进行热力学分析 ,选用了以 ZCGS材料为内壁与Al2 O3-C基体制成复合浸入式水口 ,经现场工业试验表明 ,对要求钢中酸溶铝较高的优质低合金1 6Mn Re L钢进行浇铸时 ,该复合浸入式水口具有良好的抗 Al2 O3沉积效果 。 Compound submerged nozzle has been made from ZCGS(ZrO 2 CaO C SiO 2 )material internal wall and Al 2O 3 C material as the basal body, through thermodynamical analysis to ZCGS material. Through industrial spot tests it indicates that compound submerged nozzle possesses of satisfactory result to Al 2O 3 sedimentation resisting during casting high quality low ally steel, 16MnReL,to contain higher quantity of acid solubility aluminum and it can satisfy the requirement of back to back casting for aluminum killed steels and high quality low ally steels.
