摘要
采用了基于网络环境下的遗传神经网络控制、预估补偿控制、电弧电压平衡、电弧弧长平衡、电弧功率平衡等集成智能控制策略,针对电弧炉炼钢过程的高度非线性、时变性、不确定性,实现了高阻抗电弧炉炼钢过程的最优化控制及实时监控。该系统能较好地适应负荷变化与外部干扰,其控制性能优于普通电弧炉系统,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。
In accordance with the characters of the process of steel making, for example, the high-grade nonlinear, the time dependentce and the indeterminacy, this device adopts some integrated intelligent control strategies, such as the genetic neural control, arc voltage balance,arc length balance,power balance, the multilevel communication control and the predictive compensation control based on the expert system, etc. It achieves the optimized control and the data monitor of steel making process, finishes operation optimization. The practice in Shijiazhuang illustrates that this system can adapt to load variation and external interruption, and the control quality is better than that of normal system. It reduces the production costs and improves the production efficiency.
