摘要
凝汽器是火电厂重要的辅助设备 ,其性能好坏对机组的经济性和安全性有重要影响。凝汽器铜管的脏污程度严重时将影响凝汽器内的传热效果。以 6 0 0MW机组为例 ,计算了凝汽器水侧管壁清洁系数 ,所得结果与大修试验结果相吻合。同时 ,研究清洁系数对凝汽器变工况特性曲线的影响 。
Condenser performance has great influence on the economy and the security of generation unit. Cleanness coefficient of tubes imposes great impact on heat transfer in condensers. Cleanness coefficient is calculated and testified by experiment. Effect of cleanness coefficient on the condenser vacuum is discussed.
