This paper analyzes the factors which influenced on the structure design of the layer stranded all dielectric self supporting fiber optic cable,and discusses the design techniques of fiber optic cable,and argues the software design and accomplishment of the layer stranded all dielectric self supporting fiber optic cable's structure design in detail.
