氧自由基与高血压关系研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 越来越多的证据表明 ,氧自由基参与高血压的发生、发展及并发症的形成过程。本文就氧自由基的来源及其对心血管系统的作用 ,包括内皮细胞损伤、血管平滑肌细胞增殖、血管重构等进行论述 ,以探讨其致高血压发病的机制。
