摘要
研究了ABT1和ABT3生根粉 0~ 2 0 0mg/L浓度浸泡和 5 0 0mg/L浓度速蘸处理对花椒粗(8 0± 0 5 )mm、细 (3 0± 0 5 )mm 2种插条成活的影响 ,以及 10 0mg/LABT3处理后 ,不同长度 (10~ 5 0cm)和不同粗度 (3 0± 0 5 )~ (10 0± 0 5 )mm插条成活率的变化。结果表明 ,2种生根粉的最佳处理是用 10 0mg/L浸泡 2h ,但ABT1和ABT3对粗、细插条的效果有差别。ABT的处理效果与插条长度和粗度密切相关 ,最适宜的插条长度是 2 0cm ,在 (3 0± 0 5 )~ (10 0± 0 5 )mm范围内 ,插条越粗 。
Rooting powder (ABT1,ABT3) of different concentrations were used to treat hardwood cuttings of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim Survival rate were observed Results indicated that both ABT1 and ABT3 promoted survival in different extent Dipping the cutting in 100 mg/L ABT for 2 hr was the most effective The effects differed in according with cutting thickness and length The thicker were the cuttings,the higher were the survival rate The optimal length of cuttings was 20cm
