摘要
目的 :探讨国产甲状腺片对充血性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法 :将 6 8例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为常规抗心衰治疗的基础上加用甲状腺片治疗组 34例和对照组 34例。治疗前后观察 T3 、T4、TSH及心功能的变化。结果 :7天后治疗组心功能改善明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,治疗期间未发生严重不良反应。结论 :甲状腺片在短期内辅助治疗充血性心力衰竭患者安全、合理、有效。
Objective:To investigate the effect of thyroid hormone on heart function of congestive heart failure patients.Methods:68 patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups:group 1 (Intervention group),n=34,aged 59.5±5.2y,male 24,female 10;and group2(controled group),n=34,aged 58.6±5.8y,male 25,female 9.Besides receiving a routine therapy against the cardiac disfunction as group 2 did,group 1 was given thyroid agent (40mg once daily) for 7 days.Results:In group 1 the heart function was better ameliorated comparing with group 2 (P<0.05) and no severe reverse events took place.Conclusion:It may be benefitial for patients with cardiac failure to take a small dose of thyroid agent for a short period in order to improve the conditions of the disease.
