摘要
借助于金相、扫描电镜、透射电镜等分析技术,建立了6063挤压铝合金木纹着色的机理模型。研究表明铝基体和氧化膜上的缺陷起着重要的作用,它们是木纹的起源,沿着氩气泡上浮的方向,破坏氧化膜并且阻止膜的修复,最后形成沟槽。着色后,由于光的漫散射,在木纹沟槽内外显出深浅不同的颜色。
A mechanism of wood vein pattern colouring on 6063 aluminium alloy is presented based on SEM and TEM observation.It is found that defects in anodic films and in the aluminium alloy substrate play a major role.Wood veins originate from defects in the film and propagate along hydrogen bubble strings stemming from the defects. The hydrogen bubble strings undermine the film and retard its remedy leading to the formation of troughs on the sample surface. After colouring, wood vein pattern forms due to the contrast between the troughs and the flat prat of the sample.
