摘要
对8例健康不吸烟者,8例健康吸烟者,12例慢性阻塞性肺气肿(COPD)不吸烟者,7例COPD吸烟者及5例支气管哮喘不吸烟患者用^(131)I—三甲基羟基—间碘—苯二胺(^(131)I-HIPDM)进行肺胺代谢研究。发现吸烟是肺胺代谢功能的重要致伤因素。
The influence of the lung metablism in smokers were observed with ^(131)I-HIPDM. Prolongation of ^(131)I-HIPDM clearance in the lung was exhibited in the smokers with COPD in the 60 minutes and the normal smokers, smokers with COPD in the 24 hours after ^(131)I-HIPDM injection. The result indicates that smoking is an important factor for lung metabolic disturbance.
