摘要
分析40例枕大孔区先天畸形患者的症状、体征及X线所见。28例(70％)有头晕、站立不稳之症状,有自发眼震者16例占头晕患者的63％、全组的42.5％,其中6例进行系统眼震电图(ENG)检查,记录到自发及凝视眼震、视辨距不良、Ⅲ型跟踪曲线、视动眼震减弱、注视抑制失败等前庭中枢受损之ENG改变。对本症形成之原因及ENG变化之病理生理基础进行探讨。
The symptoms and signs in 40 cases of congenital abnormalities of foramen magnum's region have been analysed. 26 cases presented with dezziness and unepuilibrium, among whom, 16 had spontaneous nystagmus. ENG investigation was made systematically in six cases with spontanous and gaze nystagmus, ocular nystagmus, dysmetria, decreased intensity of optokinetic nystagmus, abnormat smooth pursuit movement and failure of fixation suppression. Causes of the abnormalities were reviewed. The etiology and pathophysiclogical bases for the changes in ENG are briefly discussed also.
