摘要
研究了 DMS 对鱼类、藻类及水生甲壳类的毒性,以探讨 DMS 对海洋生物及海洋环境的影响。结果显示 DMS 对食蚊鱼(Gambusia affinis)3 h、6 h、9 h、12 h、24 h 半致死浓度(LC_(50))分别为34.1 mg·L^(-1)、23.4 mg·L^(-1)、22.4 mg·L^(-1)、20.2 mg·L^(-1)和19.1 mg·L^(-1),对网纹溞(Ceriodaphnia reticulata)6 h、9 h、12 h、24 h 半效应浓度(EC_(50))分别为47.4 mg·L^(-1)、21.4mg·L^(-1)、18.0mg·L^(-1)、12.3mg·L^(-1),DMS 对扁藻(platymonas elliptica)96h 生长潜力半抑制浓度(IC_(50))为18.3mg·L^(-1)。
Acute toxicity of DMS to fish,alga and aquatic crustaceas was studied in order to evalue the effects of DMS on marine organisms and ecosystems.Results showed that DMS was toxic to aquatic organisms.The 3h,6h,9h,12 h and 24h LC_(50)values of DMS to Gambusia affinis were 34.1,23.4,22.4,20.2 and 19.1 mg·L^(-1)respectively.The 6h,9h,12 h and 24h EC_(50)values of DMS to Ceriodaphnia reticulata were 47.7,21.4,18.0 and 12.3 mg·L^(-1)respectively.The 96h IC_(50)value of DMS to the growth of Platymonas elliptica was 18.3 mg·L^(-1).From the result,we suggest that DMS in natural level has some toxic effects on aquatic organisms,but with no significant acute toxic effects.
