用花粉管通道法将菜豆几丁质酶基因与烟草 β 1、3葡聚糖酶基因双价植物表达载体pBLGC导入新疆棉花主栽品种 (系 )系 5 5 0、82 2、130 4、石远 32 1。通过卡那霉素检测、PCR Southern验证、抗黄萎病、枯萎病性筛选 ,得到抗病性良好且遗传性稳定的转基因棉花。经过 6年 10个世代的选育 ,育成抗枯萎病、抗 (耐 )
Using pollen tube pathway methed the bivalent plant propess carrier for bean chitin enzyme gene & tobacco β 1,3 glucanose gene were transferred to the strains of cotton in local,550,1304,822 and shiyuan 321.Pass through kanamycin check, PCR Southern blot test, screen for the character of fusarium wilt and verticillum wilt of cotton resistant, the transgenic plant of cotton that had good resistant and stable heredity were obtained.After selection for 10 generations the new strains of cotton of fusarium wilt and verticillum wilt of cotton resistant or endurance were bred.
