摘要
应用流式细胞术(Flow cytometry,FCM)对8例再障,8例缺铁性贫血,12例骨髓增生异常综合征(难治性贫血及铁粒幼细胞性贫血)的骨髓进行细胞周期测定,对细胞的增殖状态进行比较和分析,并对其生物学意义进行了初步探讨。
The bone marrow Cell Cycles in 8 patients with iron deficiency anemia (IDA), 8 with aplastic anemia (AA) and 12 with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS-RA, RAS) were analysed with flow cytometry. The percentages of proliferative cells (S+GaM) were similar in normal controls, patients with IDA, RA and RAS, while they were much lower in patients with AA, and there was a significant difference as compared with that in the control group (P<0.05). The biological signieigace of this assay was discussed in the paper.
