摘要
由于老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者常同时患有多种疾病,开展透析疗法时较年轻患者更易出现并发症,所以适当地选择透析方法是透析治疗关键。本文将我院进行透析疗法的老年慢性肾功衰竭患者作了比较,认为对无心血管疾病的老年慢性肾衰患者,血透仍不失为一种好的治疗措施;而对有心血管疾病的老年慢性肾衰患者,则腹透明显优于血透。
We have treated 18 senile (>60 years) cases of chronic renal failure (CRF) with dialysis, including 9 cases aged undergoing hemodialysis (HD) and 11 cases undergoing peritoneal dialysis (PD) compared. The effects of HD and PD on senile GRF patients were compared. As the results HD appears to be a good way in the treatment of these without cardiovascular diseases, while PD is the first choice when the patients suffered from cardiovascular diseases.
