摘要
本文以某毛毯厂为实例,对毛毯的质量进行了比较具体的分析,确定了工序中的主要问题,然后通过试验和方差分析,找出了质量管理中的关键问题,使产品质量得以提高。同时,也对比进行了经济评价。
This study analysizes the product quality of a blanket mill,and finds out the main problems in the working procedure.Then by means of test and analysis of variance,the researchers determine the keyreasons of the problems and put forward the way of improving the blanket quality.Finally the paper evaluates the economical effect of the project.
