摘要
本文主要介绍了一种处理洗毛炭化废水的新方法。该方法采用沉淀、离心方式去除废水中的泥砂,用离心分离法提取废水中的油脂,再经超滤系统,起滤后的上清液返回洗槽循环使用,浓缩液掺入煤中焚烧。由于采用这种方法使废水的排放量及排放浓度大大减少,且投资少、效果好,运转操作简单易行,因而具有较好的实用价值和一定的经济效益。
This paper describes a new method.The mineral impurities in waste—water are removed by using sedimentation and separation,and greases in waste—water are extracted,after that waste—water passes through an ultrafilter. clean water that is ultrafiltered can return to the scouring bowls and the concentrate left can be burned with coal. By this way,the volume and consitency are reduced greatly and investment is lower.As a result,this method can get good practical value and achieve better economic results.
