摘要
本文主要探讨羊毛纤维在巯基乙酸盐/双氧水还原一氧化体系中的低温定形效果,通过测定羊毛纤维的定形率、强度、弹性模量及其红外光谱分析,表明这种体系在低温(65℃)下的永久定形效果优于常规沸水定形,而且对羊毛纤维没有损伤。本文对此结果进行了分析,阐释了这种还原一氧化双重低温定形技术可提高永久形率的原因。
In this paper the effects of low temperature setting of wool fibres in thioglycollate—hydroge peroxide reduction—oxidation system are discussed. Test results on the setting rate,the strength,the initial modulus and the infrared spectral absorptivities of wool fibres show that the setting of this redox system at low temperature(65℃)is better than in boiling water,and wool firbes are not damaged.The causes that the setting rate can be increased by use of the redox setting technique are also analysed.
