摘要
本文讨论了捷克式转杯纺隔离盘上部的流场情况,并把此处气体流动分解为两个部分,一是输棉通道补入气流,另一是旋转流动。通过分析和测量,得到下面结论:隔离盘上部有一明显旋涡,它是上述二流动迭加的结果,这一旋涡是该处流场的主要特征和缺陷;改变隔离盘的结构是改变这一缺陷和提高成纱综合性能的有效措施。
The fluid flow above disc spacer was studied in this paper.It was divided into two parts:one is linear sourse of feeding channel,the other is rotating flow.Throngh the analyses and computer measuring,we have got the following results.There is a vortex above disc spacer which is the combination of the above two fluid flows.This sitnation is the main characteristic and problem of the fluid field.To change the structure of the disc spacer is the best way to solve the problem and improve the quality of the yarn.
