摘要
本文研究了高温环境下的织物的防辐射热性能。对织物与热辐射的相互作用进行了分析;研制了测试装置;提出了热穿透系数新指标。用该装置对若干织物及部分片状材料的防辐射热性能进行了测试。据此得出,该装置的原理是科学的,且能反映织物吸热特性的瞬态和吸热全过程,并能区分不同织物和其它片状材料的防热效果。最后分析了织物防辐射热性能与织物主要结构参数之问的关系。
The properties of heat radidation-proof of fabrics under the environment of high Temperature has been discussed.The interaction between heat radi- ation and fabrics has been studied and analysed.The test device and the par- amenters have also been proposed.By using this device,the performance of some fabrics and thin piece materials were tested.The testing results approved that the principle of the device is practicable,which can reflect the momentary and the whole course of heat receiving and can also distin- guish the heat radiation properties of different fabrics and thin-piece mete- ricats Finally the relationship between T_Q and parameters of fabrics has been investigated.
