摘要
本文通过对不同硬度胶辊在不同加压条件下的钳口握持力,以及与握持力有关的几个因素的测试和分析,指出软胶辊钳口握持力低于硬胶辊钳口握持力的主要原因,在测定中使用了专用握持力测定仪器、计算机采样及处理系统等,所以测试及分析结果准确可靠。
The paper explain the majoy reasons that soft top roller's nip grip- ping strength is lower than that of harder one by the determination and a nalysis about rollernip gripping strength of different weighting condi- tion as well as other fators asociated with the gripping strength.Aspecial gripping strength tester,computer data collecting and treating system and instrument are used,so that the result is exact and worthy.
