摘要
为了获取吸水倍率尽可能高的吸水剂,采用淀粉-丙浠腈接枝化学工艺.运用正交试验设计法,用正交表L_?(3~7)安排试验,找到了影响吸水能力大小诸因素的排列次序,并用方差分析找到了好的工艺条件,得到吸水倍率为1310[克去离子水/克产品]的吸水剂.然后用多元回归分析方法建立了相应的预报方程,为进一步扩大试验提供了必要的理论准备.
Chemical technology of making acrylonitrile-starch graft copolymer is adopted to obtain a water-absorbent of highest possible absorptivity. Orthogonal design is employed to arrange experiments according to orthognonal layout L_(18) (3~7). Therefore the order of effectiveness of all factors which affect gained absorptivity is found out and better technological conditions are determined. These result in the produce of a water-absorgent possessing an absorptivity os 1310 (gram deionized water/gram absorbent). Moreover, related predition equations are setup through multivariate regression analysis, which is essential theoretically in preparation for further expanded experiments.
