摘要
做好西部省属师范院校特困生工作 ,关系学校的稳定与发展 ,关系党和政府对社会的庄严承诺能否实现。通过对西部省属师范院校特困生群扩大现状与原因的调查 ,我们认为解决的对策主要应从降低收费标准、建立助学贷款监督机制和勤工助学机制、深化教育改革等方面入手。
Treatment to the poverty-striken students in Normal Universities in the west is related to the steady development and also to the realization of the Party and Government's promise to the socirty. By analyzing and investigating the situation and causes, we think that the countermeasure is to decrease the education fee, establish system of education-assistance loan and work-study programme, deepen education reform and etc.
