摘要
经营者行为的长期化是国有企业长远发展的关键因素。制度缺陷、企业家精神的缺乏等是我国国有企业经营者行为短期化的根源。通过设计合理报酬结构、完善精神激励机制和形成经营者市场等制度强化经营者长期行为 ,可促进国有企业持续发展。
Protraction of manager performance is the key factor to the long-range development of state-owned industries. Defects in rules and regulations, lack of enterpriser psyche etc. are the root causes of momentarization of manager performance. The protraction of manager performance can be enhanced by devising reasonable remuneration, perfecting psyche inspiration scheme, forming manager market regulations etc., and the continual development of state-owned industries can be promoted as well.
