摘要
以某厂板材热处理加热炉为研究对象 ,从产量和节能两个方面的要求设计了合理的热工制度及控制方案。采用双交叉限幅燃烧控制方式 ,经仿真实验和初步投入运行结果表明 ,这种控制策略能大幅度地改变控制性能。
A reasonable heat machining mechanism and control project on heat treatment furnace in plate factory to meet the need of both output and energy saving was studied ,emulational experiment and practical appliance indicated that the new stratagem of double cross limited amplitude burning control can greatly change the control capability.
