电子商务系统牛鞭效应的H_∞控制应用分析 被引量:7

摘要 牛鞭效应是现代物流系统中 ,特别是电子商务中客户需求波动传递增强的现象。研究了具有单个分销中心和多个客户的单一产品的电子商务系统 ,建立描述这一问题的动态系统模型 ,并研究了牛鞭效应的H∞ 控制问题。在客户层最差需求波动条件下 ,应用H∞ 控制理论方法 ,设计了以订货作为控制变量和抑制牛鞭效应的H∞ 控制策略。同时 ,以一个石化企业的电子商务网站为对象 ,进行了抑制牛鞭效应的H∞ 控制仿真实验 ,结果表明电子商务系统的牛鞭效应得到了抑制。 The bullwhip effect is that customer's demand increase during it is transferred in logistics, especially in Electronic Business (EB). A dynamic model of Electronic Business(EB) where there is a distribute center, multi-customers and single product is developed, and H ∞ control strategies about bullwhip-effect is discussed. Under the worst demand disturbance of customers, applying H ∞control theory, an H ∞ control strategy is designed to reduce bullwhip-effect. Under H ∞control, the bullwhip-effect parameter of EB model with a distribute center, multi-customers and single product is a constant. A simulation of petroleum distribute system is done. The result of simulation shows that the bullwhip-effect is reduced.
