概述以煤为原料固定床间歇造气,是目前我国小氮肥工业的主要工艺,它分为蓄热和制气两大过程,蓄热为制气作准备,制气可获得合成氨所需要的原料气。影响造气生产的工艺参数较多,其中气化层温度高、厚度大、位置合理,是多产气、产好气、长周期安全生产的关键之一。因此气化层的温度和位置是造气的重要工艺参数。长期以来。
This paper briefly described fixed bed gaifying process which is operating exclusively in indigenous ammonia plants, and explained the difficulty in keeping the performance properly under a multitude of influential process variables, the dominating ones being the level and the temperature sensoring particularities. A dedicated temperature measuring equipment to solve the problem devised by the authors, appraised by the State Ministry of Chemical Industries and proved of durability Was introduced.
