摘要
对比观察在自然呼吸、窒息兴奋期和抑制期电针28只麻醉家兔“降压点”穴对动脉血压和积分膈神经放电的影响,经124次实验发现:于上述三种状态下电针耳穴血压下降分别为7.48±0.67kpa(P 0.01)、4.83±0.63kpa和4.25±0.7kpa(p<0.05);积分膈神经放电频率增快为2.87±0.26次/10秒,3.54±0.31次/10秒和3.24±0.41次/10秒(p<0.01)。结果表明电针该穴有显著降压阳增快呼吸频率的作用,其中兴奋期比抑制期降压更为明显。为临床进一步研究耳针对高血压急症和呼吸衰竭的抢救提供了实验资料。
The effect of ear electroacupuncture on arterial blood pressure (BP) and integrated phrenic nerve discharge (IPND) was determined on 28 anaesthetized rabbits by a total of 124 electrostimulations during 3 different periods: spontaneous breathing period, excitatory period and inhibitory period of asphyxia. The decrease of BP was 7.48+0.67kpa(P<0.01), 4.83±0.63kpa, and 4.25±0.67kpa (P<0.05) respectively; the increase of mean frequency of IPND was 2.87+0.26 breath/10s, 3.54±0.31 breath/10s, and 3.24±0.41breath/10s (P<0.01) respectively.The results indicated that the electroacupuncture at 'BP lowering point' on ear had significant effects of lowering BP and raising respiratory rate which Were more prominant at excitatory than at inhibitory period of asphyxia. This preliminary work provides experimental data for the further study of ear needling in the emergency treatment of hypertension and respiratory failure
