摘要
本文试从网络、信息与人之间的相互依存关系 ,阐述在网络时代当网络改变了人的生存环境时 ,如何创设一种适于网络时代新的生存方式的教育环境 ,从而提高教育质量 。
This article discusses how the computer network has changed the human races living environment and how an education environment can be created that is commensurate to the way of life in the age of networks, thereby raising the quality of education and letting the network based information and human beings develop healthfully together.
