摘要
采用中性脱墨剂及中性脱墨技术,对以美国废纸为主的废旧新闻纸进行了工业生产试验。结果表明,采用中性脱墨工艺可在满足白度要求的基础上,较碱性脱墨大大降低脱墨费用,降低废水污染负荷。废纸脱墨工厂在原有生产流程的基础上即可进行中性脱墨的生产。
With neutral deinking technology,the industrial production experiment on waste newsprint(mainly from U.S.A)is carried out.Theresult shows that required brightness is obtained,and at the same time the deinking cost is greatly reduced compared with alkali deinkingtechnology.The production can be done on the basis of existing production process.
